| 摘 要： | 通过分析发现独立学院食品科学与工程专业实践教学中的保障体系存在:校内实验室建设滞后,自有师资不足及校外实习基地建设不完善等问题,提出充分利用各方资源,加快实验室建设步伐;加大双师型教师的培养力度;积极创建校外实习基地以促进独立学院食品科学与工程专业实践教学顺利开展。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the independent institute of food science and engineering practice teaching security system existed in problems such as the school laboratory construction lag, free teaching task and construction imperfect off - campus practice teaching condition, making full use of all resources, speeding up the pace of laboratory construction, strengthening the cultivation of the double teacher, and creating off - campus practice teaching conditions actively were put forward to promote independent institute of food science and engineering practice teaching. |
