| 摘 要： | 以罐壁开孔距纵向焊缝过近缺陷的处理为例，介绍底圈局部壁板的更换方法。采用这种方法解决了更换底圈壁板必然涉及的壁板、底板（弓形边缘板、中幅板）变形问题，保证了工程质量。

| Abstract: | Taking a defect example that manhole is close to vertical welding this article introduces how to treat the defect in replacement of partial bottom wall. By the treatment method it solves problem on deformation of wall and bottom plate relative to bow - shape edge plate and ensures engineering quality. |
