贵州省水力资源复查成果及开发前景

摘    要:在国家的统一部署下,以1977~1980年全国第三次水力资源普查成果为基础,根据最新的地形、水文资料复核得出贵州省河流水力资源的理论蕴藏量为18086.4MW;根据20世纪80年代以来各勘测单位完成的规划设计成果和目前的建设情况,分别统计出贵州省水力资源技术可开发量为19487.9MW和已建、正建电站的开发量为10189.8MW;并按照全国统一的标准和计算方法,评价与确定出贵州省水力资源经济可开发量为18980.65MW。文章还对贵州省今后水力资源的开发、前期工作安排,以及电源建设的布局及电力市场的管理等进行了评价和建议。

Abstract:Under unified arrangement of the State,with the results of the third waterpower resources general survey of the whole country in the period from1977 to 1980 as foundation,according to checked results in the light of the newest topography,hydrological data,the theory potentiality of waterpower resources of rivers in Guizhou Province is 18 086.4 MW.According to planning and design results finished by each survey units and present construction situation,it separately counted that waterpower resources technology development potentiality of Guizhou Province is (19 487.9) MW,the capacity of built and building hydropower stations is 10 189.8 MW.As well as according to the unified standards and computing method in the whole country,it is confirmed that water resources economic development potentiality of Guizhou Province is 18 980.65 MW.The article presents appraise and suggestions on some problems such as developing waterpower resources of Guizhou Province in the future,arrangement of earlier stage work,overall arrangement of electricity resource point construction, management of electricity market and etc.
