摘    要:化工填料对填料塔的性能有着重要影响.介绍了各种瓷质化工填料的特点,在分析了它们优缺点的基础上,扬长避短,开发了瓷质阶梯环填料.通过试验进行优选,确定了瓷质阶梯环的结构,采用新的成型工艺使其机械强度成倍提高(破损率小于1%).该填料具有比表面积大、壁流效应小、填料阻力低、自清洗能力强、雾沫夹带少、使用寿命长等优点,值得推广应用.

Abstract:Chemical packing has significant impact on the performance of packed columns.Features of various types of ceramic chemical packing are introduced.Based on analysis of their advantages and disadvantages,ceramic cascade mini ring packing is developed.The structure of ceramic cascade ring is determined by optimization through testing.New forming technology is used to enhance its mechanical strength by several times,with a breakage rate of less than 1%.Such packing features advantages such as large specific surface area,small wall flow effect,low packing resistance,strong self-cleaning ability,less foam carryover and long service life,which is worthy of promotion for application.
