摘    要:通过对矩形板试样顺序共注射成型过程的数值模拟分析,揭示了进料方向对芯层熔体前沿冲破趋势的影响;建立了预测前沿冲破趋势的数学公式,并探讨产生前沿冲破的原因。结果表明,当长宽比较大时,沿长度方向进料可显著且稳定地防止芯层熔体冲破;当长宽比较小时,沿宽度方向进料可显著地防止芯层熔体冲破;冲破界面速度、方向及其单位截面积中熔体流动速率的改变是沿不同方向进料时有不同冲破趋势的主要原因。

Abstract:Through the numerical simulation experiment, the effect rule of the feeding orientation of rectangle plate on the core-melt breakthrough was revealed,a mathematic formula which reflected this rule was created and the reasons for core-melt breakthrough were discussed.The experiment data indicated that when aspect ratio was high,feeding along length orientation prevented breakthrough obviously and stably,while aspect ratio was low,feeding along width orientation did obviously.The reason of above phenomena was the changing of velocity,orientation and melt rate in unit cross-sectional area of breakthrough interface.
