摘    要:多电平逆变器以其输出谐波小,功率容量大,电磁兼容性好等特性而倍受重视.提出了单相五电平逆变器拓扑结构和控制策略,利用DSP TMS320LF2407的硬件资源,实现了SPWM规则采样,采用三角载波POD消谐波PWM调制策略得到五电平脉冲输出波形.结果证明,基于DSP单相PWM控制的五电平逆变器有效减少了谐波含量,改善了输出波形的动态性能和稳态性能,提高了输出电能质量.

Abstract:Multilevel inverter has been paid more and more attentions because of its good characteristics with low output harmonics,high power capacity,good electromagnetic compatibility and so on.Topology structure and control strategy of a single-phase 5-level inverter are presented.Through effectively taking use of hardware source of DSP TMS320LF2407,regular sampling of SPWM was realized,and single-phase 5-level pulse output waveform was obtained by triangle carrier POD sub-harmonic PWM modulation.The results show the single-phase PWM control five-level inverter based on DSP can more effectively eliminate the harmonics,improve output waveform's dynamic and steady performance,and enhance output electric energy quality.
