聚酯纤维沥青混凝土动态模量与疲劳性能研究

摘    要:采用动态模量试验和间接拉伸疲劳试验研究了聚酯纤维沥青混凝土(纤维掺量为0.25%)的动态模量特性和疲劳性能,分析了聚酯纤维对沥青混凝土粘弹特性和疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,聚酯纤维掺入后能降低沥青混凝土低温时的脆性,提高其高温时的劲度。同时,聚酯纤维沥青混凝土的损耗模量降低,其抵抗疲劳开裂的能力增强。间接拉伸疲劳试验也表明,聚酯纤维能提高沥青混凝土的疲劳寿命,且在低应力的情况下改善效果更加明显。

Abstract:The dynamic characteristics and fatigue property of polyester fiber modified asphalt concrete are investigated in this paper,and the effects of polyester fiber on the viscoelastic characteristic and fatigue performance are analyzed.Test results indicate that the flexibility of asphalt concrete can be increased at lower temperatures when polyester fibers are used,and the stiffness of asphalt concrete is reinforced at higher temperatures.Furthermore,the fatigue parameters of polyester fiber reinforced asphalt concrete are decreased,which imply that the fatigue cracking resistance of asphalt concrete is improved.The cycle numbers to fatigue failure of asphalt concrete can be increased greatly by the utilization of polyester fiber,and this enhancement is presented more significantly at lower stress levels.
