摘    要:本文介绍了SHS过程反应合成复相陶瓷系统绝热温度T_(ad)的计算方法;并根据对SiC-TiB_2、Si_3N_4-TiB_2、AIN-TiB_2、Ti(C.N.)-TiB_2及Al_2O_3-Ti(C.N)-TiB_2等反应合成系统进行热力学计算,分析了上述反应系统实现SHS的可能性;讨论了稀释剂含量和点火温度T_(ig)对T_(ad)的影响.

Abstract:In this paper, calculation method of adiabatic temperature, Tad for reaction synthesized ceramic composites in SHS process is presented. Thermodynamic calculations for SiC-TiB2, Si3N4-TiB_2, AIN-TiB2, Ti(C,N)-TiB2 and AI203-Ti(C.N)-TiB2 synthesis systems are carried out, and the feasility of performing SHS in these systems is analysed. The effects of. diluent content and ignition temperature Tjg on Tad are also discussed.
