伊宁长焰煤半焦催化气化的研究

摘    要:采用K2CO3、Na2CO3、KOH和CaO为催化剂,CO2为气化剂,使用热重分析仪研究了伊宁长焰煤半焦的催化气化.结果表明:(1)添加10% K2CO3使气化时间缩短了9.2min,相应的气化温度降低了184℃;(2)Na2CO3的最佳添加量为5%;(3)这几种催化剂的催化活性大小顺序依次为K2CO3>KOH>Na2...

Abstract:The gasification of Yining long flame coal char,with CO2 serving as the gasifying agent,had been studied by TG under the catalysts,such as K2CO3,Na2CO3,KOH and CaO.The results showed that:(1) with the adding of 10% K2CO3,the gasification time was shortened by 9.2min,and the corresponding gasification temperature was decreased by 184℃;(2) The optimum of Na2CO3 was 5%;(3) the catalytic activity order of these catalysts were K2CO3>KOH > Na2CO3>CaO.
