基于ANSYS的氨合成塔底部六通元件有限元分析

摘    要:通过有限元分析软件ANSYS对氨合成塔底部六通元件进行强度分析,得到其在高压下的应力分布云图.通过对其危险截面的节点强度进行提取和应力线性化,获得该截面的强度值.结果表明,该型号氨合成塔底部六通元件满足设计载荷下的强度要求.

Abstract:The strength analysis of the six-pass component at the bottom of the ammonia converter was carried out by using the finite element software,ANSYS.The stress distribution diagram was obtained.By picking the strength of the danger sections′ nodes and linearizing the stress,the strength of the sections was gained.The result showed that this kind of six-pass component could meet the strength requirement under the design loads.
