溶胶凝胶法合成多孔TiO2粉体及光催化性能的研究

摘    要:TiO2纳米光催化剂能有效降解多种对环境有害的污染物,使有害物质矿化为CO2、H2O及其它无机小分子物质.本文以钛酸丁酯为原料,采用溶胶—凝胶法制备了多孔结构的TiO2纳米粉体.同时利用合成的纳米TiO2粉体对甲基橙溶液进行了光催化降解,研究了其光催化性能,结果表明在4h内对甲基橙的光催化降解率可达80%~90%.

Abstract:TiO2 nanophotocatalyst had the potential to degrade environmental pollutants,the contaminants could be mineralized to CO2,H2O and other small molecules.In this paper,porous TiO2 nano-powders were prepared with Ti(OC4H9)4 by sol-gel method.The photocatalysis property of prepared powders was studied and the results showed that the photocatalysis degradation rate of methyl orange could reach 80% to 90% in the presence of TiO2 nanopowders.
