离心式选粉机的改造

摘    要:传统离心式选粉机在结构上和分选原理上,存在分级力场不稳定,物料分散不均匀,分离效率低和细度控制难等缺点,为此,结合NHX高效转子式选粉机技术,作者在某厂对传统离心式选粉机进行了一系统的技术必需并获成功,改造后选粉机效率从原来的40%左右提高到75%~80%,磨机产量也由25t/h~28t/h,磨机产量也由25t/h~40t/h,细度调节也方便。

Abstract:Traditional centrifugal separator has some disadvantages in its structure and separation philosophy, such as unstable force field, uneven material distribution, low separating efficiency and difficult to control fineness. Therefore, the, author has successfully made a series of conversion to traditional separator by adopting NHX high efficient rotor classifier technology. The converted separator has increased the efficiency from about 40% to 75%-80%, output of the mill from 25 t/h-28 t/h to 25 t/h-40 t/h, and made the control of fineness degree more easy.
