| 摘 要： | 结合江苏新时代造船有限公司干船坞工程,研究了预应力高强混凝土管(PHC)桩的技术特点,总结了其施工流程和主要施工技术措施。实践证明,重锤低打能有效降低锤击应力,合理的打桩顺序可减小桩基施工对周围建筑物的影响。本施工方法可有效保证施工质量和工期。

| Abstract: | Based on some dry dock engineering of Jiangsu Xinshidai Ship Building Co.,Ltd.,technology characteristics of prestressed high-strength concrete pile are researched.Construction process and main technology measures of the pile are summed.Results prove that thrash stress can be reduced by heavy hammer thrashing lowly method,and influence of pile construction can be obviously decreased by reasonable thrashing process.The construction can meet requirements about construction quality and period. |
