摘    要:充填质量是充填法采矿安全生产的保证,而充填工艺是影响充填质量的重要因素。针对金川镍矿存在的充填质量问题,开展了充填系统与工艺的调查与分析研究。首先进行了金川镍矿一、二期工程的充填系统、工艺以及充填体质量的现场调查;然后,分析充填系统和工艺与充填体质量的关系,由此找出了影响充填体质量的主要因素,揭示了充填工艺对充填质量影响规律。最后,根据充填工艺的调查分析结果,提出了提高充填质量的关键技术与采取的措施。研究结果对金川矿矿区充填系统技术改造和工艺优化提供了理论依据,为提高矿区充填质量奠定了基础。同时为类似矿山的充填采矿优化设计和工艺技术改造提供了宝贵经验。

Abstract:Filling quality is the warranty of safety mining and filling process is an inportant factor to filling quality. Considering existing problems of filling quality in Jinchuan mine, the investigation and analysis of the filling system and process were carried out. Firstly, the field survery of filling system, process and filling body quality were implemented; Then the relation between the filling process and filling quality is analyzed and the main factors to affect the filling quality is found and the effect law of filling process on filling quality is given. Finaly, the key technical measures to improve filling quality are presented. The results provide theoretical foundation for us to carry out technical reform and process optimization and improve filling quality. Meanwhile the results also privide a valuable experience for similar filling mines to ming design and technical reform.
