镁硼复合粉点火燃烧性能研究

摘    要:通过热分析仪、氧弹量热仪和激光点火试验台对高纯硼粉、镁硼混合粉和镁硼复合粉点火燃烧性能进行了研究。热分析结果表明镁对硼的复合改性可以提高硼的氧化程度以及降低硼的氧化反应温度;氧弹量热测试结果表明镁对硼的复合改性可以提高硼的燃烧效率;激光点火试验台结果表明镁对硼的复合改性可以显著改善硼的点火性能。

Abstract:Ignition and combustion performance of B, Mg/B blends and Mg/B composite powders were determined by thermal analysis, oxygen bomb analysis and laser ignition test bench. The thermal analysis results show that Mg/B composite powders can improve the degree of oxidation and reduce the oxidation reaction temperature of boron; Oxygen bomb analysis results show that Mg/B composite powders can improve the combustion efficiency of boron; Laser ignition test results show that Mg/B composite powders can significantly improve ignition properties of boron.
