| 摘 要： | 通过BPR在发动机机体生产组织管理中的应用实例,以JN6130型发动机机体为例说明生产流程和生产方式的重组过程.确定进行工序同期化,按粗略节拍流水线的生产组织方式组织机体生产的方案,并对设备布局和装、运方式做较大的调整,获得了满意的效果.说明将业务流程再造的思想和方法,运用于企业生产系统的变革和重组,是投资少、见效快、内生性提高企业竞争力的重要手段.
