硫酸法钛白生产中水解工艺的优化及其对成品质量的影响
摘    要:从攀钢钛白粉厂的几次改造入手,从理论上分析了水解操作过程对成品质量的影响,并找出水解操作中影响成品质量的主要因素,结合攀钢钛白生产中水解工艺的优化具体分析后得出结论:在外加晶种加压水解法,外加晶种微压水解法以及自生晶种常压水解法这3种方法中,最后一种方法更为合理,产品质量也最好。

Optimization of Hydrolysis Process in Titanium Dioxide Production by Sulphuric Acid Law and Its Impact on Quality of the Finished Products
Abstract:Starting with several transformations of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co.the impact on quality of the finished product in hydrolysis operation course was theoretically analyzed first, and the main influencing factors were found out. Combining the hydrolysis optimization in Panzhihua. After analysis the conclusion was drawn that the optimum process for titanium white production is hydrolysis with self-growing inoculating crystal at the normal pressure.
