高铬混合型电镀污泥酸浸回收有价金属及其反应动力学

摘    要:采用硫酸为浸出剂,浸出高铬混合型电镀污泥中的有价金属铬、镍、铜、锌。结果表明,常温条件下,当硫酸浓度为4 mol/L、固液比为1∶10、反应时间为75 min时,污泥中铬、镍、铜、锌的浸出率分别可达94.2%、96.5%、92.9%、95.3%。反应动力学分析结果表明,硫酸浸出电镀污泥中铬、铜、锌时受界面传质和固体膜层扩散共同控制,而浸出镍时主要受化学反应控制。

Abstract:Chromium, nickel, copper and zinc were extracted from high chromium electroplating sludge with sulfuric acid as leaching reagent. Under room temperature conditions, the leaching ratios of chromium, nickel, copper and zinc in sludge reached 94.2%, 96.5%, 92.9% and 95.3%, respectively, when the sulfuric acid concentration was 4mol/L, the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:10 and the reaction time was 75min. The kinetic analysis showed that chromium, copper and zinc were controlled by interfacial mass transfer and solid film diffusion, while nickel was controlled by chemical reaction.
