With the continuous improvement of technical and management requirements, there is still room for further optimization. Through the implementation of the construction of emergency management system for offshore oil and gas production, we have explored the establishment of an efficient emergency rescue system and an emergency management mechanism for the purpose of improving the response speed of emergency rescue, economic, rational and scientific allocation of emergency rescue resources to all parties. Capabilities of production safety accidents and disasters is improved.
