摘    要:结合某企业铜冶炼工艺中对氧气周期性使用的特点,研究了空压机导叶开度与工作效率、空气流量与压缩比、分馏塔负荷与氧气提取率等的影响关系。结果表明,通过调节机组负荷来改变氧气、液氧的产出比例,可以实现氧气的最大化利用,使氧气利用率达到90%以上。

Study on improving oxygen extraction rate in low temperature Air Separation oxygen production system

Abstract:based on the characteristics of periodic use of oxygen in copper smelting process of an enterprise, the effects of guide vane opening and working efficiency, air flow rate and compression ratio, fractionation column load and oxygen extraction rate on the opening and working efficiency of air compressor guide vane, as well as on the load of fractionation column and oxygen extraction rate, are studied in this paper. The results show that the maximum utilization of oxygen can be realized by adjusting the load of the unit to change the output ratio of oxygen and liquid oxygen, and the utilization rate of oxygen can reach more than 90%.
