摘 要: | 研制了气举有杆泵一体化采油工艺管柱,该工艺管柱采用多种防气工具相结合,产液首先经过多级分离气锚进行气液分离后进入中空式防气采油组合工具,通过气液置换作用将气体置换并排出泵筒,防止气锁现象发生;分离出的气体进入油套环空,当压力达到助流阀的设定压力时,助流阀打开,气体进入油管携液上行。现场应用表明,该工艺管柱防气效果好,试用井产液量平均提高33.9%。

Abstract: | gas-lift rod-pump integrated production process string has been developed, which combines a variety of anti-gas tools. The liquid production is first separated by a multi-stage separation gas anchor and then entered into a hollow anti-gas production combination tool. Through gas-liquid displacement, the gas is displaced and discharged from the pump barrel to prevent the occurrence of gas lock. The separated gas enters the annulus of the oil jacket and when the pressure reaches the flow aid valve. When the setting pressure is set, the flow aid valve opens and the gas enters the tubing to carry liquid upward.Field application shows that the gas control effect of the process string is good, and the liquid production of the trial well is increased by 33.9% on average. |
