| Abstract: | This paper mainly analysis the effects of silicon powder, chloromethane, catalyst and promoter, temperature and pressure on the quality of dimethyldichlorosilane in the synthesis of methylchlorosilane are comprehensively analyzed, and some suggestions are given to improve the quality of dimethyldichlorosilane. |
