自动密度计与储罐自动计量系统

储罐自动计量系统分为三种计量方法:液位法、静压法、混合法。液位法直接测量储罐油品液位(体积);静压法直接测量储罐(可测区)油品质量;混合法则可以直接测量出储罐油品体积、密度、质量。混合法是最为先进的储罐自动计量系统。但是,在十余年的应用实践中,混合法储罐自动计量系统并没有达到预期的贸易交接计量水平,究其原因就是密度测量的问题。

Automatic densitometer and tank automatic metering system

The automatic metering system of storage tank is divided into three kinds of measurement methods: liquid level method, static pressure method and hybrid method. The liquid level(volume) of oil in storage tank is measured directly by liquid level method. The oil quality of storage tank( testability area) can be measured directly by pressure method, and the volume, density and mass of tank oil can be measured directly by mixing method. It can be said that the hybrid method is the most advanced tank automatic metering system at that time. However, in the application practice of more than ten years, the automatic metering system of hybrid storage tank has not reached our expected level of trade transfer measurement. The reason is the problem of density measurement.
