摘    要:采用气相色谱质谱法测定船舶材料中多氯化萘的含量。船舶样品加入甲苯用超声萃取后,通过气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)测定6种多氯化萘(PCNs)同族体。方法的检出限(3S/N)为5mg/kg。以空白样品为基体进行加标回收试验,相对标准偏差(n=7)在2.79%~5.52%之间,回收率在86.7%-100.1%之间。本方法具有检出限低、精密度高、便捷有效等优点,适用于船舶材料中多氯化萘含量的检测。

Determination of Polychlorinated Naphthalenes in Marine materials by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

Abstract:The content of polychlorinated nap hthalene in Marine materials was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Six polychlorinated naphthalene(PCNs) homologs were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) after ultrasonic extraction with toluene in Marine samples. The detection limit(3 S/N) of the method is 5 mg/kg. The relative standard deviation(n =7)was 2.79 % ~ 5.52 %, and the recovery was 86.7% ~ 100.1%. This method has the advantages of low detection limit, high precision, convenient and effective, and is suitable for the detection of polychlorinated naphthalene in ship materials.
