摘    要:综述了硬泡聚氨酯的燃烧方式和阻燃原理。介绍了阻燃技术的研究现状和最新进展。硬质泡沫塑料是第五大塑料的总称。是氨基甲酸酯段多元醇与多异氰酸酯反应生成的聚合物。聚氨酯泡沫塑料是聚氨酯产品的一大分支,它占聚氨酯材料总量的20%左右。是近十年来发展最快的合成材料。它具有优异的物理机械性能和保温性能。硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料具有重量轻、强度高、导热系数低、隔音效果好等特点,在建筑工程中得到了广泛的应用,也应用于工业、运输、石油化工管道、航海、军事等领域。

Application of rigid polyurethane foam in external thermal insulation

Abstract:The combustion mode and flame retarda nt principle of rigid polyurethane foam were reviewed in this paper. The research status and latest progress of flame retardant technology are introduced.Rigid foam is the general name of the fifth largest plastics. It is a polymer formed by the reaction of carbamate segment polyols with polyisocyanates. Polyurethane foam is a major branch of polyurethane products,which accounts for about 20% of the total amount of polyurethane materials. It is the fastest growing synthetic material in recent ten years. It has excellent physical and mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties. Rigid polyurethane foam plastics have the characteristics of light weight, high strength, low thermal conductivity and good sound insulation. It has been widely used in construction engineering, and also in industry, transportation, petrochemical pipelines, navigation, military and other fields.
