新型轻灰炉气分离器的设计

摘    要:描述了一种新型的炉气分离器:通过设置内部刮料装置,将黏附在炉气分离器内壁上的轻灰粉尘刮下;底部出料口设置输送装置,将下落的轻灰粉尘及时输送至下游重碱预混器。该新型炉气分离器能有效解决气固分离效率低、下料不畅,经常性清灰等问题,提高了生产的连续性和设备的使用寿命。

Design of a new light ash calciner gas separator

Abstract:At present, the light soda a sh calciner gas and light soda ash dust from calciner is separated by traditional cyclone. However, there are problems, such as low gas-solid separation efficiency and poor dust discharging, which will lead to poor production continuity and high maintenance cost problems. A new type of calciner gas separator is described in this article: an internal scraping device is set to scrape off the light soda ash adhered on the inner wall of separator; an conveying device is set at the bottom discharge nozzle of separator to convey the light soda ash scraped off by internal scraping device to crude per-mixer at the downstream in time. This new type of calciner gas separator can effectively solve the problems of low gas-solid separation efficiency, poor dust discharging, high frequency cleaning, which will increase the continuity of production and the service life of the separator.
