摘    要:采用HYSYS软件对MVR热泵用于胺液吸收法进行制氢驰放气碳捕集流程进行仿真模拟,并对捕集主要能耗进行了相对全面的分析。考虑能量品位的影响,总能耗(将所有主要能耗折标煤后相加得到)随着MVR闪蒸压力的降低成降低趋势,考虑到工程上运用,取80k Pa闪蒸压力,此时较传统工艺工况(无MVR系统)折标煤总能耗下降13.4%。

Energy consumption analysis of MVR heat pump for amine capture and hydrogen production

Abstract:In this paper, HYSYS software is used to simulate the MVR heat pump used in the amine solvent absorption process of the carbon capture process of purge gas of hydrogen production device, and the analysis of main energy consumption of the capture is relatively comprehensive. The analysis shows that with the decrease of MVR flash pressure, the flash evaporation temperature and the temperature of the rich liquid into the desorption tower are decreasing, the Lean liquid cooling load is almost unchanged, and the desorption gas cooling load and reboiler load are decreasing. The load of MVR compressors is on the rise. Considering the influence of energy grade, the total energy consumption obtained by adding all the main energy consumptions witch is converted into standard coal is reduced with the decrease of the MVR flash pressure. Considering the engineering application, take 80 kPa flash pressure, at this time compared with the traditional process conditions(without MVR system), the total energy consumption of the standard coal decreased by 13.4%.
