| 摘 要： | 由于天然气中含有H_2S、CO_2和有机硫化物等酸性组分,因此天然气净化装置在常规的运行中极易受到含硫天然气的影响,导致装置的某些部位(再生塔及其内部构件、贫富液换热器、重沸器以及相连管线等)易出现较为严重的腐蚀。结合国内外关于H_2S、CO_2腐蚀行为的原因,针对性的分析了天然气净化装置腐蚀机理及其影响因素,提出了相应的脱酸气装置腐蚀防护措施,以提高管线和设备使用率和生产效率。

| Abstract: | because of the natural gas contains acid components, such as H_2S、CO_2 and organic sulfur so easily in the natural gas purification plant in normal operation under the influence of sulfur-containing natural gas, lead to the device parts(regeneration tower and its internals, between the rich and the poor liquid heat exchanger, reboiler and connected to a pipeline, etc.) easy to appear serious corrosion.Therefore, in this paper, the author analyzed the corrosion mechanism and influencing factors of natural gas purification plant based on the reasons for the corrosion behavior of H_2S and CO_2 at home and abroad,and proposed corresponding corrosion protection measures for the deacidification gas plant to improve the utilization rate and production efficiency of pipelines and equipment. |
