摘 要: | 针对硝酸盐类催化剂焙烧烟气NOX含量高达3000 mg/m3,流量负荷波动大的特点,采用2级串联的脱硝除尘一体化(SCR-FI)反应器,长边对称多管口进气;选择尿素热解为还原剂,控制热解气氨气浓度低于1.5%,适宜尿素溶液浓度20%~50%,选择计量泵输送尿素溶液并控制脉冲率90%以上。工业装置运行表明,SCR-FI技术工业放大设计合理,安全可靠。

Abstract: | Due to the NOx content of nitrate catalyst roasting flue gas is very high,more than 3000 mg/Nm3,and the flow load fluctuates greatly, 2 series denitration and dust removal reactor are employed and more than two flue gas inlet nozzle are located on the two long-side of the reactor symmetric; Select urea pyrolysis as reducing agent, control pyrolysis gas ammonia concentration below 1.5% and the suitable urea solution concentration is 20~50%. Select metering pump to deliver urea solution and control the pulse rate above 90%. The operation results of industrial devices show that the SCR-FI technology industrial amplification design is reasonable, safe and reliable. |
