| 摘 要： | 面对烟草质检企业采购资金小、项目多、种类繁杂和涉及多种特殊需求等问题,应用大数据思维,统计分析历史需求及采购数据,创新采购方式方法,应用采购需求分类汇总、清单标准化、成立采购小组及分类审核等措施,持续改进物资采购管理与监督,显著提高了采购各环节的工作效率和规范性。

| Abstract: | According to the special needs of procure ment, Yunnan Tobacco Quality Supervision &Test Station collected and analyzed historical demand and purchasing data, and innovated procurement methods. We have classified purchasing requisition, made the purchasing list standardization, set up purchasing team and classified review task. The continuously improvement of procurement management and supervision, improved the word efficiency of each section of purchasing and ensure the whole procedure normatively. |
