微波消解—石墨炉原子吸收法测定汽油中的铅

摘    要:建立了微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定汽油中铅的方法。采用微波消解的方法对样品进行前处理,酸消解体系为硝酸,在特定的消解程序下对样品进行消解,经过排酸,用石墨炉原子吸收法测定铅。在浓度范围0~50μg/L时呈现良好的线性,相关系数为0.9990,相对标准偏差为:0.9%,方法的检出限为:0.162μg/L。运用所建立的方法对1个汽油样品及铅含量标准样品中的铅含量进行检测,结果显示该方法选择性强、灵敏度高,前处理方法简单、快速、安全,适合汽油中铅的测定。

Determination of Pb in Gasoline by Microwave digestion-GF-AAS

Abstract:A new method for the determination of Pb in gasoline by microwave digestion-GF-AAS.Microwave digestion has been used, HNO3 has been used as digestion reagents, and digested at the special procedures, then released the acid,at last, the GF-AAS has been used to detectPb. The absorption of Pb showed a good linear relationship within the range from 0μg/L to 50 μg/L with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.9990, with a relative standard deviations at 0.21%.The limit of detection( LOD) is0.162μg/L. To detected 1 cements and a standard sample, the results showed this method is suitable for detection of Pb in gasoline, in cements with high selectivity and sensitivity, and the pretreatment is simple, fast and safety.
