Application of gel polymer electrolyte in lithium sulfur batteries

With the increasing consumption of non-renewable resources such as oil and coal and the improvement of people's environmental protection awareness, new clean energy has been widely concerned,so people put forward higher requirements for lithium battery as the core component. Gel polymer electrolytes( GPE) are chemically and electrochemically stable, capable of structural design at the molecular level, closer contact with electrodes, and better compatible interfaces, resulting in better performance. Therefore, this paper explores the application of gel polymer electrolyte in lithium sulfur battery.
