一款新型电工毫欧电阻测试仪的设计

Design of a New Milliohm Meter

A practical new milliohm meter is introduced in detail in this paper. The meter measures bar to bar resistance and bar to bar insulation easily by the method of inputting a small constant current and basic sine wave signal to the direct current motor armature windings.
