摘    要:概括介绍了此类电机的电磁和结构设计等技术全貌.在整机设计方面充分考虑到采用空气离合器的因素.无刷励磁机是设计开发的重点.简要地对控制模块协调控制励磁电路,完成励磁全过程进行说明.对于电机过载状态,主控系统对反馈进行判断后,增加励磁机的励磁,提高其无功分量,最终使主机处于过励状态,提高过载能力.拖动大型矿山球磨机的无刷励磁同步电动机的开发,填补了国内空白.在新产品开发和电机产品与国际接轨方面作出有益的尝试.

Abstract:In this paper, it is resumptively introduced that the technique entire content of the electromagnetic design of this kind of electromotor, and the structural design of his kind of electromotor, and so on. In the whole electromotor design, the factor adopting air clutch is considered enough. Brushless exciter is a pivot of the design and exploitation. The whole processes that the control module coordinately controls the exciting circuit, and accomplishes excitation are elucidated concisely. For overload of the electromotor, master control system increases the excitation of the exciter, raises it's imaginary component, finally makes the main engine be placed in the over excitation, and raises it's overload capacity after master control system judges feedback. The exploitation of the large brushless synchronous machine for ball mill filled up the domestic blank of this aspect. In the aspects of new product exploiting and electric machine product being in line with nations, this is a beneficial trial.
