高职英语教育之工具性与人文性的和谐统一

摘    要:英语教育应强调其工具性还是人文性一直是高校外语界争论的话题。通过分析高职英语教育之人文性的缺失现状和全人教育理论的核心特点,从全人教育的视角提出高职英语教育的准确定位———工具性与人文性的和谐统一,并尝试架构保障高职英语教育准确定位的课程体系。

Abstract:Whether English education should highlight its tool-service qualities or humanistic qualities has been a hotly argued topic in the world of foreign language education at universities and colleges.By analyzing the current status of lacking of the humanistic qualities in higher vocational English education and the core features of holistic education theory,the paper puts forward a point of view that higher vocational English education should integrate humanistic qualities and tool-service qualities harmoniously,and attempts to construct a frame of English courses to guarantee the work of the integration.
