| 摘 要： | 图书馆员素质的高低是高校图书馆现代化发展的关键,应明确高校图书馆员应具备的素质,通过培养馆员的职业道德和敬业精神,加强图书馆内部管理,聘用高层次人才和强化计算机运用技能,建立完善的培训制度,加强队伍建设等措施,不断提高高校图书馆馆员的素质。
