氨水吸收式制冷循环的热力学分析

摘    要:研究了氨水体系及制冷循环的模型,采用模拟计算的方法对氨水单级吸收式制冷循环及循环的热集成进行了研究。分析了操作参数对循环特性的影响,并考察了热集成循环的能量特性。

Abstract:The ammonia-water single stage absorption refrigeration cycle has been studied by the methods of simulated. And the affection of process parameter vs character of cycling has been analyzed also. The affection of the theoretical plate number in the rectifying tower vs cycle efficiency is gradually moved up, and then tend to be horizontal. The affection of the cooling temperature linearly drops. The maximum value of the affection is respectively existed from reflux ratio and the temperature of high-temperature side in the rectifying tower. It has been discovered in the research of heat integrated cycles that the increase of the number of tower kettle exchanger and vaporization one can improve the efficiency. The effect of the former is more apparent.
