| Abstract: | This paper introduces the connotation of index system for environmental impact assessment in river basin development planning,the relevant aspects of the planning and the environmental topics,and presents the environmental protection goals and the assessment index system,the environmental impact prediction assessment system,the environmental elements and the environmental assessment index system. |
