石灰深度处理在电厂中水回用中的应用

通过邯郸电厂运行以来中水石灰深度处理方面的实践,展示中水石灰深度处理的功效、石灰处理配套设备的系列化及石灰配套系统和设备的研究改进成果。在消化吸收国外引进设备的基础上,结合中水石灰深度处理的特点,对澄清池、滤池和石灰制备设备的主体部分进行改进,经邯郸电厂长期运行完善,石灰处理的主要设备可以达到技术成套,可用于当前我国电厂中水回用的深度处理。

Application of lime treatment in municipal wastewater reuse in power plants

Based on the practice of in-depth treatment for recycled municipal wastewater with lime in Handan Cogeneration Power Plant since it put into operation, the effect of lime treatment and the complete set of equipment as well as the research and retrofit achievements were presented. Referring to the equipment introduced from abroad and considering the features of lime treatment for the recycled municipal wastewater, the main bodies of clarifier, filter basin and lime preparation equipment were retrofitted. After long-term operation and improvement, main equipment of lime treatment can be completed in technology and used in the field of in-depth treatment of recycled municipal wastewater in domestic power plants.
