| 摘 要： | 本研究以大小白鼠为试验材料,用磷化钙熏蒸过的粮食所饲养的动物为试验组,并设阳性对照组和阴性对照组,结果证明精子致畸的染色体畸变试验,试验组与阳性对照组有显著差异,而与阴性对照组无差异.显性致死试验为阴性.

| Abstract: | This paper reports the toxicology and genetic effect of calcium phosphide.The sperm aberration, chromosome aberration and dominant lethal tests were made in rats and mice.The corn fumigated with calcium phosphide was fed to rats and mice in the test groups. Besides the test groups, the negative and positive groups were set up in this test.In sperm aberration and chromosome aberration tests, the results of test groups were different from the results of positive group, but not obviously different from the results of negative group.No obviously positive result was obtained in the dominant lethal test. |
