浅海采修一体化平台的结构设计

摘    要:为满足浅海采油平台修井作业的需要 ,研制成浅海采修一体化平台。该平台主要由固定式桩基平台和移动修井模块组成。移动式修井作业模块可通过吊装搬运 ,对不同采油平台实施修井作业 ,避免了海上平台的复杂安装 ,1套修井模块可服务于多座井组采油平台。现场应用表明 ,该平台大大提高了修井模块的利用率 ,降低了修井作业成本

Abstract:In order to meet the need of workover treatment, the integrated platform for production and workover treatment is developed. This platform is mainly composed of the platform with fixed pile foundation and mobile well workover module. Hanging and transporting mobile module can do the treatment in different production platform. Thus, asset of well workover module is used in groups of production platform, and complicated operation for offshore platform may be avoided. Result of its application shows that through using this platform utilization rate of mobile well workover module is greatly increased, and cost of workover treatment is decreased.
