摘    要:以γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(硅烷偶联剂KH570)为改性剂,对纳米SiO2进行表面改性,并利用紫外可见分光光度计测定其在油中的稳定性,用四球试验和止推圈试验考察改性后纳米SiO2的抗磨减磨性能,结果表明,用KH570改性后的纳米SiO2在20#润滑油中有很好的分散稳定性,将其添加到润滑油中进行摩擦磨损实验,证明,摩擦系数最多可降低约45%,磨损量明显减少,并出现负磨损现象。其作为润滑油添加剂能有效提高油品的抗磨减磨性能。

Study on Anti-wear and Reduce Friction Performance of Surface Modified Nano-SiO2

Abstract:The nano-SiO2 was modifided with KH570,and the dispersion stabilization performance were measured by ul- traviolet visible spectroscopical luminometer. The anti-weare and anti- friction performance were measured by four ball and stop thrust ring tests. The results show nano-SiO2 improved by KH570 has good dispersion stability in 20# lubri- cants. The friction and wear experiment that added modified nano-SiO2 into the lubricants show that friction coefficient can reduce about 45%, the wear amount can reduce obviously and appear negative wear phenomenon. Let it to he lubricants additives can improve the anti-friction effectively
