摘    要:某火力发电厂采用钢桁架-钢筋混凝土管柱结构。为了有效评价该结构的安全状况和弥补抗震设计依据不足,采用模型试验和有限元数值分析相结合的方法研究了实际结构的动力特性和抗震性能。结果表明,试验数据与计算结果吻合较好,结构能满足抗震设防要求,但应考虑结构抗扭问题和管柱的重力二阶效应,管柱节点和屋面支撑空冷设备的三角形钢架(A形架)下部是薄弱部位,管柱裂缝比实心柱大,裂缝主要在柱下部,应提高柱端箍筋加密高度,桁架悬挑部位挠度超过限值,地震作用下桁架悬挑部分杆件内力变化剧烈,应增大设计截面。图8表2参12

Abstract:A steel truss-reinforced concrete column structure is established in thermal power plant. In order to effectively evaluate the structural safety condition and make up shortage of earthquake-resistant design basis, the actual structural dynamic property and seismic behavior were studied through model test and finite element analysis. Results show that experimental data agrees well with calculated results. Structure meets requirements for fortification against earthquakes. Torsion and pipe column gravity second order effect must be considered. Column joints and A shape structural bottom are weak. Column crack area is larger than that of solid column. Cracks are mainly centered at column bottom. Column end hoop reinforcement should be up. Cantilever deflection is over limit. Cantilever member inner force is easily changed under earthquake action, and their sections should be increased in design.12Refs.In Chinese.
