风洞调压阀数值模拟和结构设计

摘    要:以国内2.4m跨声速风洞调压阀为对象,使用CFD软件、采用基于压力的隐式coupled算法和标准k-ε湍流模型,实现了调压阀可压缩稳态流场的数值模拟,及对调压阀加设整流锥、调压阀并联旁路阀和调压阀并联旁路阀并加设整流锥三种阀门模型进行数值模拟和验证。结果表明,数值模拟的流量与真实值误差0.43%,压力场、速度场能反映实际现象,旁路阀全开时增加87%以上的流量,整流锥降低了阀后压力梯度和校正轴向核心流偏向作用明显。

Abstract:Pressure - regulating valve of domestic 2.4 m transonic wind tunnel was simulated by CFD and different structures designed in this paper. Adopting pressure - based implicit coupled algorithm and standard k - e turbulence model, the valve' s steady and compressible flow field was numerical simula- ted successfully. Then similar method applied to research another three different structure valves, which were valve designed rectifying cone, valve designed bypass regulator, and valve designed bypass regula- tor with rectifying cone respectively. All results indicated that error of mass flow calculated between nu- merical simulation and real data was 0.43 %, pressure field and velocity field could reflect the actual phenomenon,bypass regulator fully opened could increase mass flow more than 87%, rectifying cone reduced pressure gradient and regulated biased axial core flow effectively.
