机车底架焊接翻转装置

摘    要:为使机车底架上的对接焊缝处在平焊的位置进行焊接,设计了能将底架夹持进行360°翻转的机车底架焊接翻转装置.机车底架焊接翻转装置采用摩擦轮传动,将机车底架夹持在两组转轮中.两组转轮之间的距离可调节,可满足不同车型底架的翻转.翻转装置以转轮为中心翻转至任意角度并定位,保证了机车底架上对接焊缝的质量.

Abstract:In order to carrying out welding under the butt welding seam on the locomotive chassis is located at the downward welding, the welding turnover device of locomotive chassis which can turn 360° for chassis clamp is designed. The locomotive chassis is clamped on the two sets wheels,as friction wheels are used to drive the welding turnover device. The distance between the two sets wheels can be adjusted to meet the overturn of different locomotive chassis.Turnover device which centers on the wheels can overturn to arbitrary angles and position, which can guarantee the quality of the butt welding seam on the locomotive chassis
