摘    要:在钻井、完井作业工艺中,由于常规的手动平板阀输出力矩小、开关时间长;液动平板阀液压装置易出现故障,进而影响了下一步工序的正常进行,严重时甚至导致安全事故的发生.文中研制的手液动一体式平板阀集成了液动方式和手动方式的全部优点,具有结构简单、密封可靠、制造成本低、操作迅速等特点,尤其是能避免因液压控制系统出现问题时而无法关闭阀门的现象,提高了阀门的安全可靠性.现场使用情况表明,该阀能够满足采油(气)井口装置及井控系统的使用要求.

Abstract:In the drilling and completion operations process,the output torque of conventional manual plate valve is too small, switching time is too long,hydraulic valve often occurs failure which affects the next step and even lead to serious accidents. Therefore, the integral in manual and hydraulic gate valve is designed, it has the advantages of simple structure, reliable sealing,low cost,quick operation,especially can avoid valve closing failure caused by hydraulic control system, and enhance the safety and reliability of the valve. Application on the site indicates that the valve can satisfy oil (gas) wellhead equipment requirements and well control system.
