用(NH_4)_3PO_4辅助还原的Sr_3Al_2O_6:Eu的发光特性

摘    要:用(NH4)3PO4作辅助还原剂,在炭热还原气氛中制备的Sr3Al2O6:Eu,在360nm左右的紫外光激发下,仅有二价铕离子发出黄绿色荧光,与二价铕离子激活的其它发光材料不同,用250nm左右的紫外光激发时,能同时观察到二价铕离子和三价铕离子的特征发射光谱.

Abstract:Phosphor Sr3Al2O6:Eu was synthesized in thermal carbon reduction atmosphere with (NH4)3PO4as the assisted reducing agent.The characterized emission of Eu2+ can be observed when the phosphor is excited by the ultra violet with the wavelength of 360nm,and the characterized emissions of Eu2+ and Eu3+ can be observed at the same time when it is excited by the ultra violet with the wavelength of 250nm.
