深井、超深井套管特性分析

摘    要:传统的套管柱设计中,套管只进行强度设计。而在一些深井、超深井、高压气井的开发中,对套管提出了新的要求:套管必须能够保证对气体的密封;能够耐受较高温度的考验;接头不但要有足够的抗拉强度,同时也要有足够的抗压缩强度。另外,水泥环是否对套管的强度有增强作用,也是值得关注的问题。通过理论解析、有限元计算以及大量的实物试验,对深井、超深井中套管这些主要特性进行了分析,得到了许多有意义的数据和结论。指出模拟深井、超深井套管服役条件的实物试验是验证套管性能的有效手段,并结合套管柱设计提出了套管选用方法,该分析方法同样适用于油管柱分析。

Abstract:In conventional casing string design, only casing strength is considered. While in the development of some deep wells, ultra-deep wells and high pressure gas wells, new requests arise. More specifically, the casing must obtains gas sealing property, higher temperature tolerance, and sufficient tension strength and compressing strength for the coupling. In addition, the cement ring should enhance casing strength. By theoretical interpretation, finite element calculating, and large scale tests in kind, the casing properties in deep and ultra-deep wells were analyzed, with some valuable data and conclusions obtained. It points out that tests in kind simulating the deep and ultra-deep well conditions is an effective way to testify the casing properties. Combining with casing string design, a set of casing selection method was proposed, which is also suitable for tubular string design.
