| 摘 要： | 英国的电力交易新模式(NETA)日益引起了人们的关注。介绍了NETA近期的变化,包括基于直流潮流方程的DCLFICRP传输模型的引入和地域性安全系数的提出;比较了NETA输电定价方法与一些传统的和当前电力市场中应用的定价方法的异同;在东北区域电力市场进行了试用,并分析了应用中遇到的一些问题。NETA输电定价方法虽然既能保证电网年收支平衡,又能为市场各方提供价格信号,但是实际应用中还有一些问题需要解决,包括某些参数取值的理论依据,区域划分问题,以及如何在定价中体现输电损失等。

| Abstract: | The recent changes about New Electricity Trading Arrangement (NETA) are introduced, including the introduction of DCLF ICRP transport model based on DC power equations and the proposition of the local security factors. The NETA approach and some traditional approaches and the approaches being used on the actual market are compared. The tryout in northeastern power market is carried out. The problems met during the tryout are analyzed. |
