| 摘 要： | 总结了微生物天然产物农药米尔贝霉素在日本、欧美使用和登记试验数据,为米尔贝霉素在我国的应用提供了参考。米尔贝霉素能防治不同生长时期的各种害螨,低剂量下对螨卵也有较高防效,且防效期长。抗阿维菌素和有机磷等农药的螨对其敏感。它具有良好的传导性,喷洒在植物叶片上表面的药剂会渗透到叶片下表面杀死靶标螨。米尔贝霉素对哺乳动物低毒,对生态环境安全性高。

| Abstract: | The application and registration experimental data of milbemycin in Japan,Europe and the United States is reviewed,which provides clue for the usability of milbemycin in China.Milbemycin is an effective pesticide against mites,and has high toxic activity against mite eggs even at low doses.Moreover,it exhibits a long lasting control effect.The mites with resistant to avermectin and organic phosphorus pesticides are sensitive to milbemycin.Milbemycin also has a good translaminar activity in the plant system,and the spray fluid deposited on upper surface can translocate to the lower surface and kills the target mites.It possesses little toxicity to mammals and is safe to the ecological environment. |
